I'm the NLP master, clinical hypnotherapist, fitness coach, yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, primal coach, solution focused coach (and many, many other more or less useful "titels"... ) that still struggled with not having enough time or energy to do everything I wanted to.

 

I had the perfect excuses for not reaching all my goals. I would say things like: "There's only 24 hours in a day." I'd blame my low energy (and lack of time) on the demands of being a mother of 4. The common advice (and the pat on the shoulder) to someone in that position is "do less", settle down, take it easy - you're good enough the way you are. (I knew I was, that was never the issue. The issue was - I've always wanted to know what else might be possible - I'm far too curious to not do my best to find out.) 

 

I did the exact opposite of the advice I got and I won myself back from stress and fatigue. I reached for more energy, better health, more resilience and also became stronger mentally as well as physically - and I reached goals.

I can't make up my mind... I'd like to but... 

Shit or get off the pot. You've spent your life waiting for this opportunity. You've tried to succeed, you've had hope, dreams and intentions for ever! The perfect timing is right now. 

 

High performers are OK with taking action before they feel totally ready. They take action and have faith in themselves.

 

 

What if I fail

So what? Who will you blame it on? If you fail and don't follow the rules, you can start over. You need a full streak of 84 in order to get the results. Your dreams are worth it. Other people quit on their dreams. Not you.

 

 

This seems difficult

Yes. That's on purpose.  

 

 

I already have a coach/started another program

Great. Do this too. 

 

 

I'm in but I'll have to modify a bit

Nope. You don't. Stop the endless compromises. You are not a snowflake. Stop treating yourself like one. 

 

 

Workouts? Two of them? And clean food.. what else

Yes. Two workouts for a few different reasons. Number one: it's supposed to be inconvenient. However. As long as these workouts are designed to push you out of your comfort zone and for you to do more than you think you can - this can be a powerwalk, a hike or any activity that increases your pulse for at least 45 minutes. One of these workouts have to be done outside (also for a variety of reasons) so many people will go for a brisk walk for their second workout of the day. 

Clean food means exactly that. REAL FOOD. But beyond that we don't pick your diet. By this point in your life you know what's good for you and what's not. No binges, no cheats, nothing fake. This too will take some discipline on your part - and yes - that too is by design. 

 

 

I have kids, I can't guarantee…. 

Children are a gift. Not an excuse. Your kids are your WHY. Do this for them. You will lead by example. Parts of your workouts can even involve the kids. I promise it's super effective workout to jump on the trampoline, or skip rope? 

 

 

This almost seems a bit too simple

Ok. Good. Let's do it! 
There are a few more details and rules to follow, such as a 10-min daily meditation and getting enough sleep & water, but nothing that's going to stop you now.
